About Scotty King

I’m a Breath, Awareness and Movement Teacher specializing in guiding individuals on their journey towards healing and wellness of the mind, body and soul. Having triumphed over addiction and self-destructive behaviors in my early adulthood, I embarked on a profound transformational journey that led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga + Breathwork + Meditation Teacher. 

With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, I ventured into the Eastern World for three years where I immersed myself in ancient healing practices, extensive spiritual studies and yogic lifestyle modalities.

Now, with over 7+ years of experience as a teacher and guide, I empower others to live with more intention, purpose and presence through conscious breathing techniques, self-awareness skills and mindful movement practices.

Not only did I learn how to change my self-sabotaging patterns, be more intentional with my choices and align my life to a healthy, passionate and purposeful lifestyle, I discovered ways for for how I could support others in their physical and mental processes by teaching them lifestyle practices, awareness skills and movement tools that created space for their healing and transformation.

I started to see what could be possible as a teacher and guide for others who needed gentle guidance, loving support and accountability.

Through studying Yoga in the Himalayas of Northern India, learning breathing and meditation techniques in a Buddhist temple in Nepal and leading transformational Yoga Adventure Retreats, I realized I expanded my mindfulness toolbox filled with life-changing practices, skills and tools where I continue to support people from all over the world – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually .

Over the last 7+ years, I have had the honor of sharing and teaching a proven and practical framework that have helped hundreds of people to become more aware, grounded and present in skillfully navigating their health, healing and wellness journey.

Outside of my holistic healing coaching practice and leading transformational retreats, I facilitate mindful movement, healing breath + awareness sessions and spiritual experiences at one of the world’s most renown healing & wellness spa’s, The Golden Door.
